Something for the weekend…

The weekend is here and the rain will not dampen our spirits! After all we can just as easily sit inside the pub with our drinks:-)

Constellations and The Garage are providing enough House and Techno to see you through to Saturday morning. 303 present Derek May at Constellations, early bird tickets are sold out but if you want to catch the Detroit producer you’ve got a few hours to get a ticket here, doors open 9pm. Over at The Garage SweatBox events presents: futuristic polar bears + dj d.o.d , we are so excited for this one! Not just for the music, which includes Liverpool’s Corey James in the line up, but their will be a Confetti Canon!!! AND Mr Freezies!!! We are seriously debating our footwear for tonight. Tickets here!

You could just spend your weekend at Constellations really! We love this place and they have so much going on at the moment.  Resonate is on there tomorrow if you don’t get your fill of House/Techno music tonight. Tickets still on sale here.

Daytime rave anyone? Yeah we thought so! The Peach ‘secret summer igloo rave’ is taking place at Cain’s Brewery Liverpool, on from 2pm and continuing over at The Garage from 11pm. Alex Costa and Reset Robot will be providing the dance encouragement. Tickets are limited in the daytime, but not yet gone! You can get them here and for the after party,  here.

Or if you fancy a foam party you can head up the other end of town and join glamour model Demi Lee as she hosts the Ibiza themed party at L1ktv Club on Victoria Street. Expect to get wet as they have a Foam Cannon, It’s all about the cannon’s this weekend! Oh and did we mention there is a bikini contest on (we hope there is also a speedo contest!) – winner get’s £100.

Garlands is providing a place for you to let your inner dance freak come out and experience freedom!  As usual it’s freak chic fabulous and we love it, don’t forget Bedlam. £10.00 or £5.00 for students.

If you like to spend your sunday’s relaxing with a drink in your hand then check out Alma De Cuba this weekend as they host Finlandia’s midnight sun sessions, 3pm- 8pm. Saluting the summer solstice in Scandinavian style with a Finnish BBQ,  flower hair garlands and specially designed visor’s. Not forgetting the Finlandia vodka that will be flowing.

That’s all folks!
