The Arab Arts Festivals starts today at The Blue Coat from 10:00 am. This festival showcases Arab culture through visual art, music, dance, film, and interactive activities. We think this would be a great way to learn about a culture and creative! Tonight there is a an evening of poetry with two celebrated poets; Hamdan Dammag and Ameena Atiq. The Botanical Garden is launching with a World Gin Day Party. June 13th is world Gin day, and the Botanical Garden is a perfect setting to celebrate. They are located in the Baltic Triangle, next to the skate park. This event is FREE, and offers gin tasting masterclasses, gnome painting, tasty cocktails, live music, and mostly likely lots of G&T’s. It all kicks off at 11:00 am. We have to say we might be most excited for the gnome painting! This will be an amazing summer event, we are keeping our fingers crossed for sunshine!
